Purchase and construction stage
If customers purchase our units,we will explain every detail to our clients in the contract avoid any disputes.
Our clients can check their units’ construction progress by DALI’s website,and execute payment terms.
We will sent clients’ unit plan and design alteration(customized) rules to them one month ago. In design alteration(customized) day,they will come to DALI discuss with our sales and engnieers,which parts thay want to change design and sign related contracts.
Contract Closing Stage
DALI will provide the list of banks which support mortgages to our clients.
Acceptance check of homes
Before we complete the construction,our sales department will check everything of the building.If some mistakes are happening,our engineers will repair them.After that, we will call our clients to acceptance check of their homes,and repairing again if necessary.At last,we will close the contract.
After closing the contract, we will provide manuals of homes to clients.The manual was included how to use equipments etc. If residents have questions of after-sales service,they can ask property management company of their community.
We will help to found management committee and make the whole process successfully.
